The TS80 insert with large cable compartment was uploaded with the wrong dimensions. Don’t print it if you have downloaded it before 28/2/2023. A new version has been uploaded with the right dimensions.
I've created my personal version of a Rugged Multipart Pinecil/TS100/TS80 Case. Check the links in the remix section to check out the great designs I used as base/inspiration. Also check the less rugged but still aesthetically pleasing Multipart Pincecil Case. That version doesn't need any additional hardware.
I would recommend printing at a 0.2mm layer height. 2 latches are needed. Printing the TPU seal isn't needed unless you want to water tighten the case. The latches and hinges are made to fit M3x20screws. CA glue can be used to fit the inserts and case halves together. However in my case the inserts fit the case so well, I didn't even need to glue the two together.
Additional parts like the stand and spool can be downloaded from Termiman's page. Also check out his step file for making your own version.
I've included a separate version of the logo for multi-material printing. It is scaled to fit the Large versions of the case. Use your slicer to make it fit the smaller case versions.

Heads up! I've not had good results printing multi-material files this way via Octoprint. In the past the printer initiated the filament change but nozzle was set to cool down without heating up when it started printing again. The safest way to go is putting the gcode on the Prusa SD card and bypass Octoprint altogether. Also check the gcode for the first M600 command. I generally remove it as it initiates an unnecessary tool change right at the beginning.
Uploaded a remixed version of the TS100 insert. I've not printed it yet so please send me a message if there any problems with it. The top inserts are all compatible as the tips of both Pinecil and TS100 are the same.
Due to request by xenos added inserts with room for two more tips instead of the cable compartment.
V2. I made an overhaul to efficiently fit in most of Termiman's designs (Large, Medium and Small). This includes TS80 compatible inserts.
Added a cable only insert for the small versions of the box. This version collided with the soldering iron though so I had to revise it by lowering the inside studs.
Changed the 4x Tip inserts to give more clearance to the iron.
