This is a clever puzzle which forms a cube when properly assembled. It was originally designed by Bruce Viney to be created using wood and glue. This is an adaptation for easily 3D printing.

The 5 puzzle pieces can be printed using the 5 stl files. The default size is 39x39x39mm with 0.2mm sliding tolerances.

If you want to change the size or tolerances, download the f3d file and open it in Fusion 360. In Fusion 360, top ribbon>Modify>Change Parameters. There are User Parameters for Box and SlidingTolerance. You can edit the Expression column to create the size and tolerances you want. Note that the total size is Box * 3.
