Quick Mill new drip tray drain plug adapter for old drain hose

I had a previously installed drain kit for my Quick Mill espresso machine but needed to upgrade to the new drain style. I remixed this excellent design to add inner threads so I could screw it on.

I printed it in ABS due to the hot water it will be exposed to and found scaling it up by 2% accounted for ABS shrinkage and it fit perfectly. I also used some teflon tape around the male threaded part of the drain for extra safety.

Print with the female threaded part face down. If printing with ABS turn on the fan to 20-30% once you get to the overhangs or they will sag and the print with fail.

Update: I've been using this since September with no issues whatsoever.
