Dual use sponge holder

This is a remix of the excellent heart sponge holder. Using meshmixer, I closed up one side to allow it to hold scrapers rather than sponges. I added a hole so that side doesn't collect water. There are a lot of mesh errors reported by slic3r but I didn't have any issues printing it.
