Heat set insert press for 2020 extrusion , MGN12 and MGN15 rail

Remix of thrutheframe's excellent MGN9C heat set insert press for MGN12 and MGN15 rail.

I originally designed this for MGN12 rail, thinking I had some spare. It turned out I had MGN15 and so redesigned the parts for that size. Both C and H sized blocks for both MGN12 and MGN15 are supported.

Parts used from the original design are the front bracket arm, 2020 bracket, counterweight box, counterweight box lid, cable clips and soldering iron bracket. Alternatively you can use a clamp for the Hakko FX-8801 handpiece (used on the FX888D).
