Silhouette Cameo 4 Tool Box

Hello one and all!

Whitewolf 3DP back here with a useful little print for crafters and makers out there. My wife recently bought a Silhouette Cameo 4 and I noticed the tools had exposed blades and we have a toddler who is curious about everything. So I figured we needed a little box to a) keep toddler away and b) to keep them in one place so we don't lose one of these expensive bastards.

The box allows each tool to be laid flat so you can see what you need to immediately about tool. I also have the names of the three tool types we have debossed into the top of the box so you know what's in the slot. It has the Autoblade (Slot 1), 3mm Kraft Blade (Slots 2 and 3) and 2mm Kraft Blade (Slots 4 and 5). The lid fits on top through a friction fit and stays in place firmly.

Print Instructions per model:

Lid: Print at .2 or .3 mm layer height. I used .42 layer width to save time but do what you like. I printed my model on it's face with the letters and had some small issue with the lettering. Feel free to use supports and a brim and print the letters faceing up. It adds a bit of time but I'm sure it will look better doing that.

Box: Print at .2 or .3 mm layer height (notice a pattern here?). I used .42 layer width to save time once again but you may want to adjust your top/bottom line width to account for the lettering. No need for supports here. Just print the box in the orientation that it should load into.

I've inlcuded the SolidWorks PRT files in case you want to change the lettering for your own purposes. If this is something you want to sell on your storefront or in person, please contact me regarding licensing the design. We'll hash something out.
