My printer was little off, so i must print different scales of the model, because i am not able to push the magnets to the holes.

In my case i printed the model at 104% scale and that is!

So, if you have your printer calibrated properly, you should print the model as is, but at first print the lid at first and try to insert magnets (5mm diameter). If it not fit, try to scale up/down for your needs.

Magnets in the holes must be little lose because it must rotate in the holes to attract each others between lid/base.

In the base there is pocket for spare 312 battery, maybe fit for another types (dunno).
