You need 4 pieces of bearing 608,
8 pieces of screws M3x16mm and 8 nuts

When inserting the sliding screws, align the thread as shown in the picture, and then insert the pivot axis with a large gear so that both screws extend and retract equally.

Attention-gears change the direction of rotation.

I am learning to model in a new program, this is my first model, I hope to create correct stl files, before I had problems with 3mf files, not every kind of slicer recognized them
