This bottle opener is designed to be printed in almost any filament or in resin.   PLA, PETG, or ABS should all work in your fdm printers.  Resin printers, pick a tougher resin.  Sprintray users, you can try nightguard flex, surgical guide, or OnX tough.

Print it on its bottom without supports on any fdm printer.  Resin printers can also print it along its side without supports to conserve bed space if needed.

After you finish printing and post processing, insert a penny or similarly sized coin in the slot.  (it's about 20mm wide and 2mm thick) If the penny slips out, you can use a little glue to secure it.  If the penny is too tight, you can file the slot larger, print it with a little bit more vertical scaling, or carefully heat it up and press fit it (fdm prints only).

If the slot is too wide when printing in resin, dip it in wet resin, put it into the slot, then post cure. The penny should be locked in. https://www.printables.com/model/342019-beer-bottle-opener-and-phone-stand

If you're using a brittle material, or just want a stiffer opener, pick the extra thick version.  If your device falls over in the slot, pick the version with the narrower slot.  This is designed to support a phone in horizontal (landscape) orientation.  Vertical orientation may work, YMMV.
