My kids busted an extension to our baby gates, and one of the casualties was the inserts for the gate. After having a look about, I couldn't find inserts that exactly met my needs.
The included STL files are for a 20mm square tube and a 20x40mm square tube with 10mm rodded inserts. However, if you're looking for different sizes, grab the Fusion 360 files and update the relevant settings in Design > Modify > Change Parameters
I've commented on the parameters to try and make them easy to understand but to explain them a bit more.
Total Height/ Width / Depth - As they say on the tin, these are the extremities, including the faceplate
Any “Pin” Parameters - these refer to the metal pin/thread you insert in the plastic plug, it affects hole size and a few offsets
Pin Rim Parameters - if your pin has a “ridge” to top it going all the way in, this creates an insert for it to sit in
Insert Offset - How much smaller is the “plug” part of the insert that is inserted into the tube, usually 1-2mm
Face Depth - How thick is the faceplate? Thicker means more protection from the tubing
Rib* Parameters - these are related to the ribs around the outside of the “insert”
Spine* Parameters - These are the little ramps on each of the Ribs
