Malyan/Monoprice V2/M200/M320 Blower

My, not so pretty but will do the job, version of a ring blower that, if my measurements are correct, fit the original hot end of my Malyan M320 good. If I am correct it should also fit the M200 and the Monoprice v2 as well. Also made an version with a valve to manually reduce the airflow to the part. 

It uses a 40mm fan instead of the stock 30mm
