Ratchet Noise Maker

Spinning ratchet noise maker that seemed to be everywhere when I was a kid.  They never worked terribly well, hope this one does better.  Simple assembly, fit is reasonably tight as is, but designed with nubs that come up from base through the top that can be pressed with a hot iron for extra hold.
