I designed this easy-to-print front fender as a way to increase the waterproofing on my EX20S. The mounting holes line up with those used for the rear fender bracket to the EUC frame, so simply remove the rear fender by removing the two screws, slide your newly printed front fender between the frame and the rear fender bracket, and reinstall the two screws. You may have to use slightly longer screws (M3 size) so they reach through.
I suggest printing with PETG as it's more durable than PLA (I think TPU would be too floppy). Print with 4 walls, at least 3 top/bottom layers (I prefer 4), and whatever infill you desire (15%-20% should be fine). I carefully heated mine after printing and sculpted a slight curve to match the curve of the wheel. If fits almost perfectly between the two battery cases, leaving a tiny gap so the fender can move with the suspension. If it gets stuck between the battery cases, the tire may bump it when the suspension is compressed, leaving it ‘stuck’ between the batteries. You could either leave it that way, or shave down the sides very slightly to customize the fit to your EUC. Mine works perfectly as printed.
