 December 2024 update

  • I'll be restarting this project in 2025 and will have a full bom and print list available! It's been a crazy 2024 and i haven't had the room, space or time to design anything for this project other then a few tiny pieces…
  • Stay tuned for exciting updates and tests as i just ordered the parts needed to complete this project!

Still in Development and testing files are not guaranteed so print at you own risk

Its been awhile and i apologize for lack of updates as this is a personally funded project and I've been busy/unable to afford to buy and test other options

I am now re-working a few things and making it functional while I add the cosmetic items and the cable management systems before i run a full test of the system

------------------------------------------------------------------

Remixed from the original Github file for Ender 3v2 and Pro conversion to be adapted to an ender 3 max, and CR10 to a Switchwire system.

Progress is slowly coming along we're working on a different Y option to handle the 300x300 5mm V2.4 plate design.

--------

No official files are released at your time as we're still working on the fitting and printing of parts.

We've finished the ZX portion of the design and now moving into the Y.

After that it'll be the outermost frames, grills, and electronic Bay.

Change Log:

Dec17 -

  • Added Motor Mounts X and Z are identical so Mirroring them works to save file space

May 5 -

  • Added Skirting and Misc. accessories to get the main sections finished up that have been tested and fit into place
  • Additional testing on progress for the new rails and parts that I have recently received to help finish the final design

Oct 2:

  • Added Y motor mount and Tensioners for the Dual Y build (untested but fit and function)

May 15 2024

  • We've scrapped the original Y idea as it was to hard to fit the motors and electronics comfortably inside for a more traditional conversion using the existing framworks.
  • added mounts for an M8P (uses a DIN bar or print the one we have /w edge supports) and a Octopus V1 (they hook in directly to the frame)
  • Optimized a few pieces to increase their look and future parts
