Cute snail cookie cutter - cookie stamp

I have made this small cookie cutter for my daughter. Source of the svg: https://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/546967-snail-cartoon-illustration

First you cut out the shape with the circular cutter (60 mm diameter), then emboss with the other one. This way you are not limited to one certain thickness of dough. Print it from food safe filament with no raft and no supports.

We have tried several types of dough, the following gave the best results:

• 160 g flour
• 50 g sugar
• 70 g butter
• 40 g honey
• 1 egg yolk
• a bit of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons of gingerbread spice

Mix the ingredients and put it to the fridge overnight. Stretch the dough, cut and print the shapes. Bake it for 8-10 minutes at 170 °C.
