This is a modified version of the Cuisinart ICE-21 drive gear posted by Isaac Anderson. I repaired some geometry errors that were being reported by PrusaSlicer, as well as put some holes in it to reduce printing time and material.
It was printed in PETG with 30% infill at 0.3 mm layers, and lubricated with white lithium grease. At this point it's lasted longer than the original factory gear did, but considering how quickly that one was worn down, that's perhaps not as impressive as it might seem.
But even if the printed gear only lasts one summer, it's a fairly quick print and easy enough to change out.
