New buggy - pencil holder / pen holder

The extension adds a hole for pencil tip and a ring on the roof to add stability.  It can hold pencil or pen with diameter up to 9 mm. Stability is quite good.

Ad to pictures: silver model is printed with 0.6mm nozzle, golden with 0.4mm nozzle.

Well, the prints show that the stress is little beyond of my printer capability. I would love to see if the E3D Revo nozzle can do it better.
