Knock Can (espresso portafilter knock box using a can)

I made this model to reuse old cans as a knock box depository. The cans can easily be slid in and out for cleaning and will not gum up with coffee like most printing materials.

The decorative base is a nice touch but the knock box would be functional with just the top.

This model is built to fit 29 oz cans (rough dimensions 118 mm height, 101 mm diameter) and works for 54 and 58 mm portafilters.

My print was one in PLA with a layer height of .28mm and low quality/high speed settings on the base (2 walls, 70mm/s print speed)

For the top I upped the wall count to 4 and bottom layers to 5 (as the bottom will become the top)

If you are increasing the wall count/have a wider than standard nozzle you may want to scale the models slightly horizontally as it was a very snug fit with the settings I used.
