Wallaby 1 rotor fix

This piece will fix the rotor blades for the Wallaby 1 helicopter from Fireman Sam. My son was annoyed by the blades folding every time he was flying around. Can be printed in PLA or PETG. The sides will bend a bit to get a better grip on the rotor shaft.

This part should also work for the new police helicopter.
