Santa Cookie Cutter

Use the cookie cutter to cut the base shape, roll a small ball of dough and add it to the end of the hood (previous iterations had the ball in the cutter, but it always dropped out).

After having the face cut, use some cocoa powder on the presser to print the face and hood features into the cookie.
