In this present work, an investigation is carried out on the existing products in the market that reduce environmental humidity, looking for the option that has the greatest economic viability and based on simplicity. Different materials will beconsidered, mainly polymers and recycled materials, as well as hygroscopic materials, choosing the best option in all cases. The Linneo project considers and analyzes the different hygroscopic and polymeric materials to be used, looking for the best option bearing in mind the characteristics of the product. The main use of this product will be to combat humidity, following the functionalism principle of industrial design known as "Form follows function” consists in putting both aesthetics and functionality on the same importance level. The project will be carried out taking into account the different stages of industrial design starting from an initial sketch, going through CAD design, manufacturing process, prototyping, industrial budgeting, etc.
