Here is a fan duct with dual part cooling for the Ender 3 (Pro).

"Unibody" version

For the assembly you need:

  • 1x 3510 fan
  • 2x 3010 blower fans
  • 2x M3x6 screws
  • 1x M3x12 screw

Assembly: First insert all fans into their places (M2 screws for the blower fans are optional), then slightly insert the lower clips of the side parts into the front and then press them into the upper rail gently - finally fix all parts with the two M3x6 screws on the inside.

Installation on the carriage: first lock on the right side and then push the left side outwards a little and let it snap in - finally screw tight with the longer M3 screw from behind through the carriage into the duct.

Versions:

  • There are two versions of the left side: they differ in the depth of the standoff for the M3 screw - the shorter one is for mounting on top of a BLTouch mount.
  • There are also two versions of the front: one of them is for integrating a 4xled board (the dimensions are designed for the "AURORA RC WS2812B RGB5050 Mini Programmable LED Board ").
