Here is a "unibody" remix of my previously designed fan duct with dual part cooling for the Ender 3 (Pro).

For the assembly you need:

  • 1x 3510 fan
  • 2x 3010 blower fans
  • 1x M3x12 screw
  • 2x M2x5 or M2.5x5 screws (minimum)

Assembly: First insert the two 3010 fans in their places on the sides (at least fasten at the back with M2/M2.5 screws, the front is optional), finally clip in the 3510 fan at the front.

Installation on the carriage: first lock on the right side and then press the left side onto the carriage - finally screw tight with the longer M3 screw from behind through the carriage into the duct.

Versions:

  • There are mainly two versions "with or without BlTouch": they differ in the depth of the standoff for the M3 screw - the shorter one is for mounting on top of a BLTouch mount.
  • There are also two versions "with or without LED": one of them is for integrating a 4xled board (the dimensions are designed for the "AURORA RC WS2812B RGB5050 Mini Programmable LED Board ").
