Update (5/3/23): I would now recommend that people consider trying the ShortStack Remix linked in the 4/17/23 update directly below if it meets your needs. Its been used for a few weeks with decent success, and seems mostly equivalent to this mod but is less filament to print and is more compact & stiffer, leading to less restriction on filament movement overall.
Update (4/17/23):
There is now a "short-stack" variation of the model, posted as a remix here: https://www.printables.com/model/455673-shortstack-the-tiny-little-bambu-ams-loading-fix-t
Pros/cons versus this model listed in the link above.
Update (4/11/23):
Someone pointed out I posted the wrong STEP for the P1P version. Uploaded the right STEP file. Thanks!
Update (1/26/23):
Added a P1P version to address collision issues with frame on that printer. X1 users should use the original. I don't have a P1P, but a user has kindly verified that this version works for them. Note that this version might be harder to print because of lower bed surface area and you might want to go pretty slow printing it. Would suggest using a small layer height like 0.16, and/or use a nice wide brim with small brim gap.
This remix combines what I consider to be the best of multiple solutions to this problem:
This design has the snap-on abilities of the Bambu PTFE bracket, with the better curvature of the Mowcius bracket, and the added strength on the support arm by adding 1.5 mm thickness to it. I hope it works for you !
Tons of credit to davidja92 who made a remix like this with a mesh-mix style. I remodeled his approach here with my own finishing touches in CAD for a cleaner model and stronger arm.
Printed at 102% scale in black ABS @0.2 layer height. If you print in PETG or other plastic that shrinks less than ABS, I would suggest trying 100% scale. I'm sure it works well at smaller layer heights as well.
