Featherboard and miter slot clamp for a Powermatic PM-1000 table saw.
The featherboard is designed to go right up to the blade so you can do fairly thin rips on the saw.
Uses 1/4"-20 nuts and bolts. Glue the top and bottom spindle parts together with a nut in the proper place. Place a bolt through the miter stop and put it in the miter slot. Place the featherboard over the bolt and tighten in place.
Should work on a PM-2000 if the miter slot dimensions are the same.
Print is set for 0.30 mm draft, 20% infill, with Prusament PLA. Supports on for overhangs for the bolt head/nuts.
This gives a decent strength/flexability trade-off for the fingers.
