Simple Revo Nozzle Holder for Z Axis Top - Threaded remix

loved the base model but while printing the nozzles vibrated and made an annoying noise, this remix allows you to screw in your nozzles so they are secure and stable. I also put the nozzle sizes on the side of the model instead of the e3d logo, and a saved spot for the soon™ revo obxidian :) 

designed to be printed at 0.15mm layer height.

you need 5 m4 screws for the print, pause the print to insert the nuts. I added a sacrificial layer so the layer above the nuts will print correctly, this needs to be removed before use.

a layer of teflon tape around the hexagon part that clips into the printer also helped me reduce vibration.

change nut position so less screwing is required
