I have Levolor brand louvered window blinds (pictured second) installed in my household. Some of the blinds that receive more direct sunlight during the day stopped tilting. I found out this piece had broken inside the top housing because it was made of very cheap plastic. This simple repair will only cost you pennies!
I used a small flat head and needle nose plyers to open the small metal clamps located at the end of the tilt strings. I reused those same clips, so there are no other parts needed.
I went with 50% infill because there are some strong forces placed on these when rotating the blinds.
