Hat clip to tripod GoPro connection

I was getting ready to film some footage of a repair under my car. I only had the mini tripod you see in the pictures and the hat clip for the GoPro at my disposal.

So I found the Microphone to Tripod Adapter Plate (1/4-20 Female to 3/8-16 Male) by Extraverse and used the threads to make something that the hat clip could hold onto and sit on the tripod. Extraverse's threads fit perfectly first go.

What you see here will work just fine for my use. I'm not sure if this will be useful to anyone else, but heck it only took my 5 minutes to design and an hour to print. Enjoy if you need it.
