Prusa CW1 to Filament dryer upgrade

Basically a spoolholder for CW1. 
The idea was: what if you could dry a filament inside the CW1?

Unfortunately, the original firmware allows the heater with the fan to run just for short periods of time which doesn't make some moist filaments dry enough. Works for PVB.
To sufficiently dry a filament, you need to either repeat the “resin preheat” cycles for a prolonged period of time or to use a custom firmware.
