I thought the Taz 6 had 12mm Y rails in the stock configuration. It turns out that it doesn't. So, this project aims to create a set. This replaces the existing stock 10mm rods wiht 12mm rods. You should consider the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:949082 Openbuilds V slot Y axis for Taz project as a better alternative to this one, but this implementation should be less expensive.
You will need:
The stock Taz 6 hardware including the flexi feet
28 M3 heat set inserts.
4 M5 heat set inserts
The 4 corner pieces (2 left, two right, front to back are identical on opposite corners)
4 of the retrofit 12mm bed bearing holders
4 LM12UU (sp?) bearings, whatever the one in the Taz 12mm Single bearing holder on the carriage is
2 500mm long 12mm rods (preferably hardened)
