This is a larger set of light bars for use with a large format printer such as a TAZ. You will need a 300mm x 300mm bed to print the strips. There is a recess on either side to allow for solder points and heat shrink as needed, with the cap fitting over the wires. I reccommend also using a layer of transparent Scotch 3m Gift wrap tape over the LED's as well (http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en\_EU/ScotchGift/Wrapping/Products/GiftWrapTape/)

Instructions
A complete Light bar consists of a Lightstrip, 2 ends, 2 end caps, and one middle assembly. Drill out the tiny hole in the end of one end cap to allow wires to pass through.
Print the parts as normal, then assemble your LED adhesive strip (make sure to get the "waterproof" ones - Not because of any supposed water resistance, but because of the protective layer over the LED's). Attach that to the main lightstrip, then coat it with a layer of gift wrap tape, making sure tocover both edges of the LED and the plastic strip. This will prevent any sagging. The Middle bracket can then go into the recessed slot. it is a pressure fit, so it should be fairly snug, You may hear a click as it goes past the narrow point.
Now you can feed the wires through the endcap and press it and the wireless one on the other side in place, and fit the end pieces. The end pieces have a recess to route the wire back to the frame away from the strip for a cleaner installation. Next, snap the three frame clips into the T slot extrusion channel and you should be done except for attaching the wires!
