Updated 2023/10/31:
Added an alternative model to print in two pieces if you don't want to use supports. Mainly just separating the shaft into a separate piece. Added 0.2mm of clearance for the hole for a snug fit but you can always increase it in Prusaslicer subtract cylinder (or making a smaller shaft).
There are two different shaft versions. One that lays flat for printing to have the layer lines horizontal for strength. The other is just a regular cylinder. When adding the flat versions Prusaslicer may say that object size is zero, but pressing ok the model shows up in the slicer. No idea why.
Original:
Old tape dispenser side nobs broke so I created a new one in fusion360. As everyone's dispenser can be different, I recommend measuring to make sure this one will work for you:
In the included 3mf and gcode I have set two height range modifiers for the two side nobs so they print at 100% infill. The rest of the model at 15% infill. Also would recommend supports from build plate as in the model and photo album.
Please note that the wheel won't be 100% snug to the tape as I wanted it to be easy to be able to change tapes without the 3d part getting stuck. But it works well for me :)
(Not sure why the model isn't showing in the photo album but works if you open the 3D viewer)
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
