Updated tensioner and main body to reinforce the motor mount. i was getting too much flex.

Print all the parts, then remove the support components.You will also need:
1 65T plastic (carbide) GT2 pulley w/8mm bore, flanges, set-screw
36T aluminum GT2 pulley w/5mm bore, flanges, set-screw
GT2 belt, 2mm pitch, 200T, 400mm length, 6mm-with, fiberglass-reinforced, closed-loop (Gates GT2 2mr-88-5 or 2mr-88-3 or equivelent)
1 Hobbed Bolt and
3 hobbed bolt washers
1 or two hobbed bolt nuts
3 608 bearings
2x M4 x 55 cap screws
2x tension springs suitable for use in a standard wades extruder
1x M8 idler bearing shaft (standard wade extruder length)
4x M3 SHCS for stepper mount
4x M34 washers for either side of springs
Hot end mounting bolts
1 M3 x 12 cap screw
1 M3 heat set plastic insert for tensioner
1 M3 thumb screw cap for M3 cap screw
Assemble as usual for a standard wade extruder. Tensioner goes in back of the motor mount plate, between the motor and the main bracket. Once tension is established, fully tighten motor bolts to lock it in place.
