Double Suspension Bridge for Wooden Train Tracks

v1.1 Added extra tabs to support more tracks lengths and positions.

v1.0 Added a spacer to keep the bridges the right distance apart for easier playtime.

Fun project with the kids. I also included long and ascending tracks if you need to print more (IKEA compatible).

Bridge is designed to fit MK3S+ or Ender 3 beds at 230 x 190 mm or angled at 223 x 223 mm.

Parts

• 4 x Bridge Panels
• 10 x Beams
• 20 x M4 bolts (12 - 20 mm length)
• 2 long tracks (240mm)
• 2 ascending tracks

Print instructions:

• Bridge Panel:
  • Direction: lay flat
  • Layer height: 2+ mm
  • Infill: 15 %
  • Support: No
  • Enable Brim if possible to prevent warping
• Beam:
  • Direction: standing
  • Layer height: 2+ mm
  • Walls: 3+, enough to require no infill
  • Support: No
