Mini Mini Split AC Unit

My kid is really into HVAC units, specifically ductless mini-splits. I threw this together in an afternoon for him. I also added a version of the compressor with a hole in a corner so it could be used as a Christmas tree ornament.

(Yeah. My kid's weird and wants AC unit Christmas tree ornaments!)

The grille piece is a solid part, intended to print with custom infill and layer settings in PrusaSlicer. To get the grille effect, I used the following custom settings for the part: 

• Infill
  • Fill Angle: 90
  • Fill Density: 15%
  • Fill Pattern: Rectilinear
• Layers and Perimeters
  • Top solid layers: 0
  • Bottom Solid layers: 0

If you print with these specifications and don't scale anything, the grille should friction-fit snap into place, no glue needed. Glue may be required when scaling, as tolerances aren't guaranteed. 

Supports are required for the side pieces that jut out on the compressor unit itself.
