PDF

This is a 20° bracket that guides the ptfe tube of the P1P to run the same as X1/C. This can be used standalone and as part of the Arc for the P1P.

The holes for M3 are meant to be self-threaded so I do not need to use an insert.

The hole for the PTFE tube was designed to be tight. This is to provide a good grip on the tube during printing. if it's too tight, use a 4mm drill bit to make the hole slightly wider.

Some might be asking. Why not do a cable chain like the X1 series? Well, I tried. I designed a printed chain, and while robust, it was heavy compared to the manufactured ones. So the far end keeps rubbing against the carbon rod which is a no-no. Maybe I will redesign the chain again in the future.

BOM

M3x4mm 2pcs

M3x6mm 2pcs (without using ARC)

M3x8mm 2pcs (when using ARC)

Conclusion

To date, my designs are free to download and use. There is no Pateron or OnlyFan (hahaha). If you like my them and want to contribute to my coffee addiction & help fund the filaments I need for prototyping, a donation of $5-$10 to Ko-fi or paypal.me will be greatly appreciated.

Caveat

As with all my designs, it may and may not work for you. So print and install at your own discretion.
