I needed a holder stand for my electronics jumper wires and small alligator clip leads. I designed this stand for the purpose.

This stand is about 14" tall and the base is about 3.5" deep.

Purchased parts:

1pcs - 5/8" Wood Dowel (13.5" long)

2pcs - M3-10mm Button Head Screw

2pcs - M3 Nyloc Locknut (or regular Hex Nuts should work instead)

4pcs - M3 Flat Washers

1pcs - Super Glue

Optional:

Paint for the wood dowel (any color of your choice).

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

20%

Filament: Prusament PLA

Notes:

The "Jumper Wire Holder Stand Bottom v7" STL is the only object that will need supports. I just selected "Support on build plate only" in my Slicer for supports. Otherwise, none of the other objects need supports.

Post-Printing =============

First off, I painted the wood dowel (you can paint it any color you like, or you can leave it the natural wood color of the dowel).

I used Super Glue to glue the "Jumper Wire Holder Stand Top v4" to one end of the dowel. Then I Super Glued the "Jumper Wire Holder Stand Bottom v7" to the other end of the dowel.

Instead of using glue, you could drill a hole through the top of the "Jumper Wire Holder Stand Top v4" and into the dowel, then screw in a small wood screw connecting the Top of the stand to the dowel. Then do the same to attach the "Jumper Wire Holder Stand Bottom v7" to the bottom of the dowel.

See the exploded view in the photo section for the rest of the assembly instructions.
