BLTouch mount for MK3S/S+

This is a remix of the “print-fan-support” part, but with a BLTouch mount. If you have a custom printer with the MK3S/S+ extruder, this design will be handy if you prefer the BLTouch probe.

I recommend that you mount your BLTouch to the part before attaching it to your extruder.

If you are curious, my MK3S+ extruder has a geared extruder motor mod. That's why the motor is in an unusual position. That does not affect the BLTouch mount compatibility.
