This is a simple bottom GPIO cover for the official Raspberry Pi Zero case. It has a small brim that prevents it from falling out of the Pi Zero case. Should prevent any accidental shorting if you don't need bottom GPIO access.
I've added a version with a recess so it can be used if you fit a GPIO header. Space is tight so I had to use a soldering iron to melt a small lead in.

Just insert the cover from the inside of the Pi Zero case, the insert the Pi Zero and pop on the lid of your choice.
I Simply measured the slot with some digital calipers.
