UPDATE 1/23/2023
NEW BELT RETAINER and FANG Mount
The original belt retainer broke after a long time in service but I decided to re-engineer it anyway. I forgot to measure to length, but I cut a piece off a roll that was about 6 inches longer than the original belt. It wound up being a bit long but made it easier to get right. Loop the cut belt through the tightener and back around the stepper. now take the new Belt_Plate_V9 and wrap the belt through both ends like in the photos. let it hang loose. Now put the assembly on the carriage plate and tighten. Now pull both ends and tighten the belt. From the bottom tighten the Belt_Cap_V6's 2 3mm screws. (Forgot to mention, place the nut in the cutouts first). Now the belt lays in the 2020 extrusion properly. You waste a little belt but the roll was only 7 bucks.
I made a now FANG mount that is much more rugged and has mount for a Direct Drive mount I am working on.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Christmas day update, Merry Christmas all!!!\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
FYI I have been using this since it's creation and it has not had any issues what so ever. It has been running on one of my machines since March 12, 2022. Everything is always tight and smooth.

I bought a Voxelab Aquila for $59 on an eBay liquidation site. Came in mostly parts and mostly new and untouched for the most part. I had done a Linear rail conversion on my Ender 3 Pro and had an extra rail and bearing. I didn't like anything I saw on Thingiverse so I decided to make my own using the stock plate.
Only 4 parts.
Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2:
This fits like a glove over the bearing. Use 4 3mm tapered socket head screws. Just make sure the are short enough to get tight.
Belt_Plate_V3:
Attach this on the bottom single screw hole. It will fit like a glove over the bottom extrusion on the Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2.
All 3 hole on the Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2 and stock carriage plate use 5mm socket heads. Make sure you use a button head on the bottom hole.
Tighten all 3 5mm bolts. Carriage is now attached to the rail assembly.
There are 4 sets of grooved holes for the belt lugs to fit into. This aids in belt length options. The Belt plate is designed to keep the belt riding cleanly in the 2020 v trough.
Aquilla_X_Housing_Spacer_V6
Aquila_Adjustable_X_Housing_V6
Used to bring the End Stop Limit Switch out the 13mm needed to compensate for the width of the rail and bearing. Simply swap out the switch and align the inside edge (Switch) with the edge of the triangle shaped plate that attaches the X rail to the Z Wheels.
At this point it should act and function just as the stock carriage would.
I'm not good at explaining things so if you need help or something special made just email me or message me.
