Mountain Bike Flashlight Holder

This is a flashlight holder for mountain bikes with thicker handlebars than normal bycicles.

Handlebar diameter: 32mm

Flashlight diameter: 24mm

After printing the lamp clamp is press fitted into the upper handlebar clamp. With the tolerances of my printer this needed a vise and is not coming apart ever again.

To assemble you will need M3 screws and nuts. I suggest using nylock nuts to avoid unintentional disassembly.
