FTC Powerplay Scoop

FIRST Team 4946 sharing their “Scoop” to assist getting Powerplay cones in a good location for robot to grab reliably.  It sits in slots created by Gobilda Strafer Chassis shortened to 5 hole crossmember on the robot.
