This is inspired by another equipment box for the Anycubic i3 Mega on Thingiverse, but I've created it from scratch with a few notable design differences.
1) The whole thing clips together and then clips to the printer with proper working tolerances, and no glue or special tools required (My main point of making this).
2) The width of the box is pretty much exactly a quarter of the available space on top of the printer, so if you run out of space you can print up to three more (in theory) and they should all fit without leaving any wasted space. (untested)
3) The front of the bottom of the box is flat rather than angled leaving a bit more room in that direction.
4) More Attractive (IMO). Optional AnyCubic logo. (I have included a model with logo, and one without)

UPDATE May 19, 2020: I have completed a redesign of this box which I think looks a bit cleaner. To be sure it works without actually printing the whole thing, I sliced small sections out of it and printed pieces of it to make sure the clips fit, etc, but I haven't actually printed the entire thing because I really don't need another box. I normally don't upload things that I haven't printed and tested in full myself. I've left the old parts so that you can use them if you want, and I've marked the new ones as "new untested". If you decide to take a chance on the newer stuff, I would appreciate it if you let me know if it works well for you.
UPDATE Sep 20, 2020: Finally got the word that my redesign works as well as the old one, and since I think it looks better, I've removed the old design. The white box in the pictures is the new version (no logo version)
WARNING : With this design (and anything that clips on to the top of your printer) be careful if you are going to be printing very tall things. It is possible for the wires or bowden tube to collide with the bottom of the clips or catch on things.
If you liked this design, consider a tip or post a make!
Printer Brand: Anycubic
Printer: All-metal Mega
Rafts: No
Supports: No (box), Yes (clips)
Resolution: 0.3 (box), 0.2 or 0.1 (clips)
Filament: Overture PLA Black
Notes:
I used the default profiles for the Anycubic i3 Mega in Cura.
I printed the clips at 0.2 for slightly better dimensional accuracy, and the box at 0.3 for speed. The clips were pretty tight, but it did work. I imagine if you were willing to wait for it to print at a higher resolution, it would be even better.
