MiniMe fan duct remixed for a Phaetus Dragonfly BMS hotend and a slightly thicker 5015 blower

Remix of this remix of the MiniMe 5015 fan duct, modified to accept a slightly thicker blower fan because I bought this one from DigiKey which is actually about 15.8 mm thick. Also added a brace between the mounting holes to keep the duct square, and made the hotend fan mounting holes smaller so they'll self-tap with a M3 screw because I didn't feel like dealing with heatset inserts. Recommend using this bracket to mount the blower.
