PS4 Controler Thumbstick replacement

DESIGN INTENTS

• Replacing thumbsticks that are damaged on PS4 controllers
• Design for 3D printing (and not a blind replica of the original)
• Overhangs and bridges have been adjusted to work on any calibrated 3D printer
• Stick is a little bit longer (approx 3mm longer) to give more control while playing

PRINTING PARTS

• Orientation: STL is already oriented correctly
• Support: none required, support is part of STL
• Material: Any material will work
• Infill: Does not matter. 100% is fine
• Layer height: Works fine with 0.2mm layer height. Looks much better with 0.1mm layer height

REMOVING CENTRAL SUPPORT

After printing, simply snap off the X support from the bottom
