M4 x2 Nuts
624ZZ x1 Ball Bearing (optional) - you can use 3-4 M4 washers instead if you don't plan using wide belt

624F x2 Ball Bearing (take them from stock tensioner)

Tensioner body is fixed by stock M5 screws inside profile.
