Compact Ender 2 Pro printhead based on K3D Minifider (slightly reinforced) Nema 14 36mm pankake stepper motor
Uses 5A BMG gear set and stock ender 2 pro radiator and optionally 4010 fan
Volcano heatblock, thermistor and heater required

  • Compact and efficient
  • Fits on Ender 2 Pro
  • Volcano hotend
  • Slightly print volume losses: 165x160 for Ender 2 Pro (use https://www.printables.com/model/330621/ to compensate this effect)
  • Easy to print - no supports needed
  • Shortest volcano gears-nozzle channel length
  • Light - ~220-225g without carriage (305 with it) with 4020 maglev sunon
  • Top CPAP airflow for model cooling :D

  • 1x M3x8 round head screw
  • 3x M3x10 round head screw
  • 2x M3x12 round head screw
  • 2x M3x20 round head screw (you can use stock ones that fix radiator on carriage)
  • Screws for fan may vary for different fan sizes)
  • 19,5mm PTFE tube

Print settings

  • Use any filament with ~80°C heat resistance (PETG, ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA, PP, PC, etc.)
  • Use 3+ perimeters and 100%+ infill for max rigidity of all details
  • 0.1 layer height recommended for Minifeeder details, everything else - 0.2 
  • The feeder based on K3D Minifeeder v3 by Dmitriy Sorkin (https://k3d.tech/minifeeder/) and reinforced by me
