Printing solid at 0.24mm should provide good results pretty quickly. Tolerances on kitcards can be a bit finnicky, I've found that adjusting your extrusion multiplier can have a big effect on fit. 

The connectors on this card were designed to give the same tactile feel as old school model aircraft kitcards, for a satisfying build.
