This model was inspired by my daughter who wanted to be Leeli Wingfeather from the Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson for Halloween this year. I designed and printed this for her and thought others might like it as well.

The whistle section will play like a recorder and the harp is tunable with the friction set keys.

This model requires a 300x300 print bed for the harp and 320 high for the whistle bottom.

You'll need the following prints

  • Harp x1
  • Whistle_Top x1
  • Whistle_Bottom x1
  • Key x6
  • Stop x6

To assemble, glue the two halves of the whistle together and inside the holes in the harp. Then, tie a string or fishing line to the stops and feed through the six bottom holes. Feed through the six top holes and tie to the tuning keys. Wind around the narrow section of the key until it slides into the hole and twist to tighten.

If you'd like a printed and assembled whistle harp, you can find this one on Etsy or eBay.
