SVT v1.0 (Shoulder Vent Trigger) for Proton Pack

This is an update to the v0.01 version. 

Updates include:
- Trying to optimize everything for printing with the least amount of supports possible.
- Separating the side panels from the main body so the screws have actual function, as well as providing more access while working on the interior.
- All pieces have been completely rebuilt from scratch for higher fidelity.
- Housings for the Bargraph light and Loom snap fit into place.
- Fins and Booster Tubes have pegs for easy positioning.
- Rear strap goes through main body instead of through Access Panel.
- Dial rebuilt and includes faux screw recessed in Tip
- Lens Housings sized to fit a 28 segment bargraph LED (like the ones used in GBfans thrower kit), other styles may be added based on demand.

Original Description:
The intention is to have two toggle switches with undetermined function (Could be power, or a mode switching), two trigger buttons, one for venting the trap, one to trigger the pack animation and venting sequence so you can vent without overloading (much like in the 2009 video game), as well as having lights that mimic both the Cyclotron and the Power Cell (or Wand) on the front since those aren't easily seen while wearing, and a secondary bargraph slot with the intention of a battery gauge for your power source, but could just be more decoration lights like the rest.
